Key Responsibilities:
As the Store Manager, you will:
- Lead the store from the front, delivering outstanding customer service and sales
- Coach and develop your team to build confidence and expertise
- Take full ownership of store performance, operations, and visual standards
- Work closely with the workshop to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Represent the store within the local cycling community and online
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior retail leader
- Passion for cycling (Cytec qualifications desirable but not essential)
- Strong understanding of retail operations, sales performance, and team management
- Confident, hands-on leader capable of driving results and inspiring a team
- Highly organised with attention to detail and a customer-first mindset
