Store Manager Responsibilities:
- Leading and motivating a large team of associates to success
- Sales focused whilst engaging guests through exceptional customer service
- Leading well by example
- Driving company targets and KPI's including average basket value, units and conversion
- Accountable for results, take pride and ownership of store standards and operations
- Budget and payroll management
- Coaching and development of all associates
- Recruitment, hiring and onboarding of new associates
Store Manager Experience:- Experience working at pace within Store Manager position in a retail or hospitality background
- Energetic and upbeat personality
- Managing a large tem and turnover
- Experienced driving KPI's and store data
The ideal candidate will have experience within a fast paced retail or hospitality background within Store Management.
