Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment are recruiting in Bluewater within a prestigious department store for a global beauty brand, now seeking a Retail Beauty Therapist to join the team on a part time basis. This Retail Beauty Therapist position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced beauty retail environment and enjoys combining treatment services with strong sales performance. The role is 30 hours over 4 days per week.
As a Retail Beauty Therapist, you will enjoy driving sales, traffic stopping and building strong relationships with clients, along with providing expert product advice and recommendations while delivering professional facial treatments. The Retail Beauty Therapist will act as a true brand ambassador, ensuring every client receives an exceptional luxury beauty experience.

Responsibilities as a Retail Beauty Therapist:
- Performing professional facial treatments and skincare services
- Customer service - Engage with customers and deliver an exceptional experience while building long term client relationships
- Product knowledge - Stay up to date with the latest beauty trends, skincare and ingredients to provide informed guidance
- Sales & targets - Meet or exceed sales targets through upselling and cross selling while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction
- Brand ambassadorship - Represent the brand with professionalism, embodying its values and commitment to quality and luxury

- Confidence and an engaging personality
- Experience working within a beauty retail environment
- Beauty Therapy NVQ Level 2 qualified
