We're looking for a hands-on, high energy Store Manager to lead our busy Manchester flagship store. This is a visible, career-defining role where you'll take full ownership of sales, people, and store standards.

You'll lead from the front, coach your team in the moment, drive KPIs, and create a vibrant store environment that customers love. If you're a current Store Manager or a strong Assistant Manager ready to step up, this is your chance to make a real impact in a growing variety retail brand.

The Role

As Store Manager of our Manchester flagship, you will:

• Take full ownership of store performance and P&L
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
• Drive sales and achieve KPIs in a high footfall store
• Manage rotas, payroll, and stock control efficiently
• Maintain exceptional visual and operational standards
• Create a safe, fun, and customer-focused environment
• Coach future leaders within your team

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Store Manager, or strong Assistant Manager ready to step up
• Proven track record of driving sales and results
• Strong people leadership and coaching skills
• Commercial awareness and confidence managing costs
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced variety retail environment
• Flexibility for peak trading periods
