The Role:
What You'll Be Doing:
As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of store performance and team leadership:
- Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team
- Drive KPIs including sales, conversion, ATV and store profitability
- Deliver exceptional customer service standards
- Manage day-to-day operations, stock control and compliance
- Maintain outstanding visual merchandising standards
- Recruit, train and coach team members
- Build strong relationships within the local community
- Ensure the store reflects brand values and sustainability commitments
What We're Looking For:- Proven experience as a Store Manager in fashion, footwear or accessories
- Strong commercial mindset with a track record of hitting KPIs
