The Opportunity
Reporting to the Regional Director in the Middle East, you will take full ownership of commercial performance across the Middle East, ensuring brand equity is protected while delivering ambitious revenue growth. You will act as the primary commercial ambassador for the brand in the region, working closely with distributors and key retail partners to execute best-in-class retail activation and distribution strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage distributor partners to deliver against sales targets and strategic objectives
- Develop and execute robust sell-in and sell-out strategies across all retail channels
- Drive distribution expansion with key department stores, perfumeries and luxury retailers
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key regional stakeholders
- Align all retail activations and A&P investments with global brand strategy
- Oversee forecasting, stock planning and assortment strategy in partnership with supply chain
- Monitor commercial performance, ensuring accurate reporting, forecasting and financial control
- Collaborate cross-functionally with education, trade marketing and operations teams
- Conduct regular market visits to identify opportunities, support partners and ensure brand standards are upheld
What We're Looking For
- Significant experience within luxury fragrance, beauty or skincare in the Middle East
- Deep, demonstrable knowledge of the regional retail landscape and consumer dynamics
- Existing relationships with key distributors, department stores and luxury retail groups
- Proven track record of delivering commercial growth across multiple Middle East markets
- Strong understanding of distributor management, forecasting and P&L ownership
- Highly credible relationship builder with strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
- Fluent English required; Arabic would be advantageous
