Your Role as Assistant Manager:
Lead and support a motivated retail team through coaching and daily guidance
Take ownership of store KPIs and assist with P&L responsibility to drive commercial success
Oversee operations, stock management, and customer service excellence
Implement visual merchandising to maintain brand standards and attract customers
Support recruitment and training to build a skilled and confident team
Step in for the Store Manager when required, taking full accountability
Ensure every customer interaction delivers an excellent shopping experience
About You:
Experience as an Assistant Manager, Department Manager, or Floor Manager in a busy retail environment
Strong sales leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Proven track record in coaching, team development, and driving performance
Commercially aware with understanding of KPIs and P&L responsibility
Creative eye for visual merchandising and maintaining high standards on the shop floor
Passionate about developing others through recruitment and training
Friendly, confident, and committed to delivering excellent customer service
