About the Role - Assistant Manager

This is a hands on leadership role, supporting the Store Manager with the day to day retail operations of the store. As Assistant Manager, you will play a key part in driving sales, leading the team, and maintaining high standards across the shop floor.

Key responsibilities

• Lead by example and set the standard for service
• Support and motivate the team to achieve targets
• Drive sales and deliver strong commercial results
• Assist with rotas, payroll, and stock control
• Maintain excellent visual and operational standards

What you'll need

• Previous Assistant Manager or Supervisor experience
• Background within retail or hospitality
• Strong people skills and a positive leadership style
• Confident, organised, and commercially aware
• Flexible to work weekends and peak trading periods
