Key responsibilities of an Concession Manager:
- Train, motivate, and develop the retail team to ensure high performance.
- Deliver an outstanding luxury retail experience by leading by example on the shop floor.
- Manage daily store operations, including stock control, store merchandising, and team performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
- Assist in monitoring key performance indicators and reporting to senior management.
- Build relationships within the store
What we are looking for:
- Experience as Concession Manager, Assistant Manager or Store Manager within a customer focused luxury retail environment.
- A passionate and inspiring individual
- Proven ability to drive sales and meet retail targets.
- Experience in clientelling or strong understanding of CRM
- Strong leadership and people management skills with a focus on team development.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
