We are seeking a commercially driven and highly organised Operations Manager to join the flagship team in London. This is a dynamic role with a 60% focus on back-of-house and stock operations, and 40% dedicated to leading shop floor performance and driving results.

The Role

You will take ownership of all operational processes, ensuring stock accuracy, seamless deliveries, strong compliance, and efficient back-of-house management. Alongside this, you will be a visible leader on the shop floor, supporting the team, enhancing customer experience, and delivering sales performance and business kpi's.

Operations Manager Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimise all back-of-house operations, stock control, and inventory management

• Drive operational excellence, ensuring compliance and process efficiency

• Analyse KPIs to improve stock flow, availability, and overall performance

• Support and lead the shop floor team to maximise sales and service standards

• Take accountability for driving results and achieving commercial targets

About You - Operations Manager

• Proven experience in both back-of-house operations and shop floor management

• Strong stockroom, inventory, and operational expertise

• Commercially aware with a track record of driving sales and results

• Highly organised with excellent leadership and communication skills

This role would suit an experienced Stockroom Manager with strong shop floor exposure or a Store Manager with robust operational and back-of-house expertise looking for their next challenge.
