Zachary Daniels are recruiting for an Assistant Manager to join a well known fashion retail brand in York. This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager to step into a fast paced retail environment where people, product and customer experience are key.

This Assistant Manager role is perfect for someone who loves being hands on in retail, enjoys developing teams and wants to grow with a successful brand. As Assistant Manager, you will support the Store Manager with the day to day running of a busy retail store while driving service and commercial results.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting the Store Manager with all store operations in a high performing retail environment
• Leading, coaching and developing your team to deliver strong sales and service results
• Driving KPIs, conversion and ATV performance across the store
• Delivering exceptional customer experience on the shop floor
• Supporting recruitment, training and people development activity
• Taking ownership of visual standards, stock control and compliance

About you:
