We are recruiting an experienced Store Manager for a high profile outdoor retail store based at Cotswold Designer Outlet.

Store Manager responsibilities
As Store Manager, you will:
- Take full ownership of store performance and commercial results
- Drive sales, conversion and ATV through strong leadership and coaching
- Lead and motivate a large retail team in a high footfall outlet environment
- Deliver excellent customer service and brand standards at all times
- Manage visual merchandising to maximise sales and stock flow
- Recruit, train and develop your team to build a high performing culture
- Oversee stock control, compliance, audits and health and safety
- Use commercial reporting to identify opportunities and improve profitability
About you
We are looking for a Store Manager who has:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager within outlet, fashion, outdoor, footwear or lifestyle retail
- A strong commercial mindset with experience managing KPIs and P&L
- The ability to lead, develop and retain a high performing retail team
- A hands on, results driven leadership style
- Passion for delivering great service in a fast paced retail environment
