We're looking for a Chief of Staff to work alongside the senior leadership team, helping turn strategy into action and making sure the business is focused, aligned and moving forward at pace. The role
This is a broad, trusted partner role. You'll act as a right hand to leadership, supporting priorities across strategy, operations, people and delivery. You'll help bring clarity, structure and momentum, making sure ideas don't just stay ideas.
No two days will look the same. One day you might be preparing leadership materials or driving key initiatives forward, the next you'll be unblocking challenges, coordinating across teams or helping shape how the business scales.
What you'll be doing
* Acting as a strategic partner to senior leaders, helping translate vision into clear plans and action
* Supporting the delivery of key business initiatives and cross-functional projects
* Creating structure, rhythm and accountability across leadership priorities
* Preparing board and leadership materials, papers and insights
* Acting as a connector between teams, ensuring communication flows clearly and effectively
* Helping spot risks, challenges and opportunities early and bringing solutions to the table
* Supporting organisational planning, ways of working and continuous improvement
* Being a trusted sounding board, able to challenge and support in equal measureWhat we're looking for
We're looking for someone highly organised, commercially minded and comfortable operating at pace. You'll be confident working with senior stakeholders and able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
Ideally, you'll bring:
* Experience in a Chief of Staff, Strategy, Operations, Consulting, People or similar role
* Strong project management and prioritisation skills
* Confidence influencing at senior level and working with ambiguity
* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
* The ability to zoom out strategically, but also roll your sleeves up when needed
