Key Responsibilities:

• Support, motivate, and develop the retail team to deliver exceptional customer service

• Help manage daily retail operations including stock control, visual merchandising, and compliance

• Assist the Store Manager with sales targets, profitability, and cost control

• Play a role in recruitment, training, and ongoing development of team members

• Maintain high store presentation standards aligned with brand expectations

• Adapt to a fast-paced environment during store opening and peak trading periods

• Proven experience in retail management or assistant management roles
