Supply Chain Director | National | Retail | c.£150k+
Location: UK (National role with travel)I am currently partnering with a large retail business who are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Director to lead and evolve the end-to-end supply chain.
This is a senior leadership role with full accountability for inbound supply, distribution centres, transport, inventory, and replenishment. You will ensure high product availability, strong cost control, and a scalable, resilient operation capable of supporting continued growth across stores and e-commerce.
The Role
Own and deliver the end-to-end supply chain strategy
Lead high-volume distribution, logistics, and inventory operations
Drive improvements in availability, cost, and working capital
Partner closely with buying, merchandising, and sourcing teams
Lead major transformation initiatives across systems, automation, and network design
Build and inspire large operational and leadership teams
About You
Proven senior supply chain leader within retail, FMCG, or high-volume distribution
Strong operational background across warehousing, transport, and network planning
Experience managing complex, fast-moving, multi-SKU supply chains
Commercial, data-driven, and confident operating at executive level reporting to the board
Hands-on leader who thrives in a high-pace, value-focused environment
