Position: Assistant Manager
Location: Camden Town
Salary: £26,500 base + monthly bonuses (realistic first-year earnings £27,000-£28,000)Are you passionate about exceptional customer service and ready to step into a leadership role? The Role
As a Supervisor, you'll lead by example, ensuring the store delivers an outstanding customer experience every day.
Work pattern: 39.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9 am-6 pm, with evenings off and reduced weekend hours.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and elevate customer service standards.
Ensure company and brand standards are consistently met, following all health & safety guidelines.
Achieve store and company KPIs.

Experience in retail, hospitality, or another service-focused environment.
Proactive and self-motivated - able to drive productivity and your own career progression during quieter trading periods.
