Account Manager | Car Leasing | Salary £25,000 with uncapped commission OTE £45,000 | Warrington

We are a dynamic, rapidly expanding car leasing company. Having successfully launched just two years ago, we are now experiencing significant growth and are ready to welcome a motivated and experienced Account Manager to our team.

This is a unique opportunity to join us at a pivotal time. The right candidate will be instrumental in growing and shaping the future of our business.

The Role

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing your own client base with the help of our high quality leads. The role does not involve any cold outreach and you will also have access to our considerable existing client base.

As a business our specialism is higher end vehicles for business customers but we do deal across all makes and models for both personal and business contract hire. There is therefore the opportunity for the right candidate to create their own niche within the business and grow that side of the business accordingly.

Account Manager Benefits

  • £25,000 basic salary with uncapped commission OTE £45,000.
  • 30 days annuel leave including bank holidays
  • Office hours of 9am-5pm Monday-Friday. No weekends or evenings
  • Modern office facilities a few minutes walk from Stockton Heath village.
  • Free onsite parking.

Account Manager Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and maintain own sales opportunities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, contract renewals, and vehicle upgrades.
  • Proactively identify client needs and propose suitable car leasing solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities using our CRM system following our compliance procedures.
  • Contribute ideas and insights to the management team to help shape the company's growth strategy and service offerings.

What We're Looking For

  • We are seeking a highly motivated individual with some previous experience in sales and a keen interest in the motor industry.
  • Previous experience in a similar role and/or knowledge of vehicle finance products would be desirable but not essential as we are very happy to train the right candidate.
  • We envisage this role to grow with the right person and lead to considerable career expansion.
