The role

As Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure the smooth day to day running of the store. The Assistant Manager will play a key role in driving sales, motivating the team, and maintaining high retail standards at all times.

• Supporting the Store Manager with all aspects of store operations
• Leading, coaching, and developing the retail team
