Are you an experienced Store Manager looking for your next retail leadership opportunity? We are recruiting a Store Manager to lead a brand new store for a leading outdoor retail brand at the Cotswold Designer Outlet. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate leader who thrives in a fast paced retail environment and enjoys building high performing teams.
As Store Manager, you will have full ownership of the store, driving retail performance, developing your team and delivering an outstanding customer experience. This role suits a commercially focused leader who enjoys being hands on and visible on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities of the Store Manager
- Take full responsibility as Store Manager for all store operations and commercial performance
- Drive retail sales through strong leadership and KPI management
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience in line with brand values
- Lead visual merchandising to ensure the store is commercial and inspiring
- Recruit, train and develop a motivated retail team
- Manage stock, audits, health and safety and all operational compliance
- Use commercial insight and data to improve retail performance and profitability
