The Role:
As the Merchandiser, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the commercial success of your category. You'll partner closely with Design, Buying, and Product teams to build ranges that inspire customers and deliver results. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing merchandising team, fostering growth, accountability, and collaboration.
- Own forecasting, trading, and strategic planning across your product area.
- Build and execute commercial range plans that excite customers and maximise sales and profitability.
- Analyse performance and market trends, proactively identifying opportunities for growth.
- Champion innovation and bring an entrepreneurial spirit to range building, trading, and process improvement.
About You:
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser within a fast-paced fashion or retail environment.
- Strong people management experience with a passion for developing others.
- Highly commercial, analytical, and product-obsessed - with a creative flair.
