As Store Manager, you will:

• Lead the boutique team, setting high standards and inspiring excellence
• Drive sales performance, KPIs, and trading initiatives to exceed targets
• Deliver personalised styling and client engagement that builds lasting relationships
• Oversee daily operations, stock integrity, and luxury presentation standards
• Use systems like Lightspeed POS, Excel, and Trello to track performance and streamline processes

• Fashion forward and client focused, able to create memorable in store experiences
• Commercially savvy with a record of exceeding sales goals
• Highly organised, detail oriented, and reliable under pressure
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience
