The Role

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Country Manager to lead and grow the business. This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for the performance, profitability, and strategic direction of the brand across Ireland.

You will oversee all retail operations, lead a high-performing leadership team, and act as the key link between the Irish market and the wider international business.

Managing and leading up to 20 stores across the whole of Ireland, with a team headcount between 150 - 200 members

Country Manager Key Responsibilities

• Full P&L ownership for the Irish market, driving sales growth and profitability

• Lead, coach, and develop a senior management team across retail, operations, and support functions

• Set and deliver the country strategy in line with global business objectives

• Ensure excellence in customer experience across all stores and channels

• Drive operational efficiency, cost control, and performance improvement

• Oversee store expansion, refits, and market development opportunities

• Ensure compliance with Irish employment law, health & safety, and company policies
