What You'll Do as our Head of Wholesale

• Drive wholesale growth across fashion and footwear in Spain
• Lead and develop a team of Key Account Managers, setting ambitious targets and achieving strong results
• Build a high-performing wholesale organisation across key accounts and strategic channels
• Define the vision and strategy for the Spanish market, delivering revenue, profit, and market share objectives
• Cultivate strong relationships with national and strategic partners, ensuring outstanding service and commercial outcomes

What We're Looking For in our new Head of Wholesale

• Proven experience in senior wholesale roles, ideally within fashion, footwear, lifestyle, or consumer goods
• Track record of delivering strong commercial results and scaling teams successfully
• Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Strategic thinker with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities
• Experience in the Spanish market is highly desirable
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
