We're looking for a Senior Operations Manager to focus on Productivity & Performance Manager to join our senior leadership team and drive excellence across our supply chain network. This is a brand-new role - a rare opportunity to shape how we deliver performance, innovation, and results at scale.
You'll be the go-to person for unlocking potential across service, quality, and cost, and for building a supply chain that can flex, grow, and adapt with our ambitious plans.
This role can be based in Leeds, Bristol or Ipswich.
What You'll Be Doing
- Design and deliver a roadmap for network optimisation and future growth.
- Lead initiatives that enhance speed, cost-efficiency, and service quality across the end-to-end supply chain.
- Partner with Procurement, Logistics, IT, and Operations to identify and deliver performance improvements.
- Facilitate workshops and reviews to align teams and solve complex operational challenges.
- Establish, monitor, and evolve KPI frameworks to track performance and uncover opportunities.
- Present actionable insights and updates to senior leadership.
- Build a high-performing, agile supply chain that thrives on continuous improvement.
- Design sustainable, scalable solutions that eliminate repeat defects and strengthen long-term capability.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in supply chain performance, planning, or productivity roles.
- Proven success in retail, omnichannel, or FMCG environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- High-energy, hands-on leadership style - you roll up your sleeves and get things done.
- Experience managing budgets and influencing P&L outcomes.
- Familiarity with tools such as Supply Chain Guru, Data Guru, SAP APO/IBP is advantageous.
