Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment are recruiting in Central London for a global beauty brand, now seeking a mobile Retail Beauty Therapist to join the team. You will be comfortable working with both make up and skincare, and enjoy working in a fast-paced beauty retail environment.
As a Retail Beauty Therapist, you will support facial treatments in department stores across Central London, enjoy traffic stopping and building relationships with clients, along with providing expert product advice and recommendations on both make-up, skincare and fragrances to our customers.

Responsibilities as a Retail Beauty Therapist:
- Customer service - Engage with customers and deliver an exceptional experience, whilst building long term relationships.
- Product knowledge - Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, and ingredients to offer informed guidance and foster brand loyalty.
- Sales & Targets - Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting upsell and cross-sell opportunities while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Brand Ambassadorship - Represent the brand with professionalism, embodying its values and commitment to quality and luxury.
What we're looking for in a Retail Beauty Therapist:
- Beauty Therapy NVQ level 2 or equivalent
- Confidence and engaging personality
- Experience working within a beauty retail environment
- Strong sales experience
- Passionate about the beauty industry
- Enthusiastic and results driven
- Ability to adapt within different store environments
