Bookkeeper & Admin Assistant - £33,000
Solihull | Full-time | Growing UK Business | 40 hours per week| Office based but flexible on start and finish times
We're recruiting for a Bookkeeper & Admin Assistant to join a successful and expanding UK business in the services sector. Ideal for someone experienced with Sage 50 who wants a stable role, great benefits and long-term development.
What You'll Do
Maintain daily financial records using Sage 50
Process supplier invoices, payments and reconciliations
Complete weekly and month-end bank reconciliations
Manage expenses, petty cash and recurring transactions
Keep filing systems organised and provide admin support to site teams
Receive training on Direct Debit processing and stock recording
What We're Looking For
Experience with Sage 50, Excel and Word
Strong bookkeeping skills and attention to detail
Understanding of VAT rules
Reliable, accurate and organised
