A fast growing natural beauty and wellness retailer is searching for a passionate and energetic Store Supervisor to join their London team. Perfect for someone with skincare or haircare experience who thrives on the shop floor and loves creating standout customer moments.
As a Store Supervisor, you'll bring upbeat energy, strong sales ability, and confident keyholder experience to every shift. You'll support the Store Manager, motivate the team, and help create a warm, inspiring environment where customers feel at home.
What You'll Be Doing
- Acting as a hands on Store Supervisor, delivering daily sales and service excellence.
- Taking full keyholder responsibility, ensuring opening/closing routines are carried out smoothly.
- Coaching and supporting the team on the shop floor, leading by example with strong product knowledge.
- Creating a welcoming, energetic atmosphere that reflects our natural beauty philosophy.
- Supporting new starters and helping build confidence from day one.
What You Bring
- Experience in skincare or haircare retail (skincare preferred).
- Previous keyholder or supervisory experience.
- Confident sales approach with a natural ability to connect with customers.
- Positive, team focused attitude and strong communication skills.
- Passion for natural beauty and wellbeing.
