National Account Manager - FMCG / Grocery
£55,000 + car allowance, bonus, pension, 25 days holiday + BH Hybrid, 1-2 days in office (North West)
We are supporting a leading FMCG business, home to a range of highly recognised brands. The business has grown rapidly in recent years and has ambitious plans to continue expanding its market presence.
As a National Account Manager, you will take ownership of the strategic growth within key Grocery accounts, developing and executing brand strategies that drive visibility, distribution and revenue.
Key responsibilities - National Account Manager:
· Lead brand strategy and execution across assigned Grocery account portfolio
· Increase product distribution and visibility within key accounts
· Plan and implement promotional activity in line with strategy and customer needs
· Manage pricing, promotions, trading terms, and account investments
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams
· Develop and execute Joint Business Plans with key accounts
· Analyse account performance and provide regular reporting
· Lead New Product Development implementation with retailers
What you'll bring - National Account Manager:
· Experience in National Account Management within FMCG, managing Grocery accounts
· Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
· Ambition and a real drive to succeed
· Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships internally and externally
