Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving operational excellence? Join a leading business at their busy warehouse and take charge of delivering smooth, efficient, and high-performing warehouse operations.
Only applicants with proven experience in warehouse management will be considered, ideally within 3PL or FMCG operations.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and inspire a large team through shift managers as direct reports, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
- Oversee end-to-end operations - from inbound deliveries and stock management to outbound orders and dispatch
- Partner with other 3PLs, carriers, and suppliers to ensure flawless service levels
- Monitor and improve KPIs, operational processes, and systems to maximise efficiency
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards across the site
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, finding innovative ways to streamline warehouse operations
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience managing warehouse or logistics operations, ideally in retail or FMCG
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing and motivating large teams
- Expertise in inventory management, stock control, and ERP/WMS systems
- Exceptional organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Commercially minded with a focus on efficiency and cost control
