This is an incredible opportunity to join a globally recognised, high-growth brand as an Assistant Demand Planner on a 4-6 month fixed-term contract. This role has been created to support a major systems implementation and offers the chance to make a real impact during a pivotal period of transformation.
The Role
As Assistant Demand Planner, you'll play a key role in maintaining and improving the overall demand planning process. Working closely with Supply Chain, eCommerce, and Warehouse teams, you'll ensure the business has accurate, insight-driven forecasts to support continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and support the overall demand plan, ensuring accuracy and consistency across channels.
Analyse sales data to identify trends, shifts, and key drivers influencing demand.
Collaborate with the eCommerce team to gather consumer insights and translate them into actionable forecast adjustments.
Support regular data integrity checks of demand planning master data fields, ensuring the system remains clean and reliable.
Assist in weekly warehouse forecasting to keep stock levels aligned with demand.
Support Supply Planning in managing slow-moving and obsolete inventory, helping to optimise stock health and reduce risk.
About You
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and spot trends.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Confident communicator who enjoys working cross-functionally.
Experience in demand planning, supply chain, merchandising, or a similar analytical role is beneficial.
Proficiency with Excel; exposure to demand planning systems a plus.
