- Lead seasonal supplier and product strategy reviews, analysing data to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and maximise commercial potential.
- Contribute to a forward-thinking strategy that balances style, quality, ethical standards, and profitability.
- Identify new sourcing opportunities, materials, products, territories, and operational solutions to strengthen the brand and deliver exciting assortments.
- Anticipate challenges, close gaps, and bring fresh ideas to how products are developed, sourced, and delivered.
- Manage and develop supplier relationships, ensuring transparency, trust, and innovation at every stage.
- Apply ethical and compliance checks to ensure suppliers meet the brand's standards.
- Work closely with buying, tech and merchandising teams to validate suppliers, secure competitive pricing, and ensure business cases are sound.
- Lead projects to implement new processes or solutions, coordinating multiple teams to bring initiatives to life.
- Guide new suppliers through first orders and ongoing collaboration, troubleshooting and resolving challenges to maintain smooth delivery.
- Stay ahead of evolving legislation
- Partner with teams to maintain high standards for ethical sourcing, stock quality, and environmental responsibility.
- Act as a key point of contact for supplier performance, ensuring alignment with the brand's vision and commercial goals.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience as a buyer, merchandiser, or commercial product manager
- Strong commercial acumen and confidence in driving range decisions, supplier negotiations, and cost structures.
