What you'll be doing
- Support the Store Manager with daily operations, team development and commercial performance
- Lead and inspire a passionate team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Act as Deputy Manager when the Store Manager is away
- Drive sales, conversion, ATV and customer satisfaction KPIs
- Maintain outstanding visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Build relationships within the local community and support in-store events
- Support with training, coaching and recruitment of team members
- Champion the brand's sustainability and purpose-led initiatives
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager or Supervisor within a premium, lifestyle or fashion retail environment
- A strong commercial mindset and track record of achieving KPIs
- A natural leader who inspires and develops their team
- Someone who takes pride in high standards and operational excellence
- A passion for sustainability and building community connections
- Confident communication skills and a proactive, hands-on approach
