As an Area Manager with a passion, you will bring outstanding leadership, energy, and strategic vision to a well-known and respected brand. You'll be instrumental in taking their business to the next level by managing multiple locations and concessions, focusing on driving both sales and operational excellence in a service focused retail environment.

Our client is a high-growth fashion business with diverse locations, and we are looking for leaders with experience in fashion retail management to help us build on this momentum. You will be required to travel across Spain with occasional travel to the UK and other key European locations.

The Role as an Area Manager:

• Retail Experience: You'll have a solid background in fashion, footwear or lifestyle retail, and ideally, experience leading teams in fashion-forward environments with strong commercial goals.
• Multi-Site Leadership: You'll manage multiple stores across a region, leading teams to achieve key performance indicators and elevate store operations.
• Commercial Success: You will oversee profit and loss, budgets, sales forecasting, and other KPIs, ensuring each location meets or exceeds performance targets.
• Team Development: Lead, inspire, and develop your team across all locations, ensuring exceptional customer service and creating a positive, fashion-driven environment.
• Collaboration with Head Office: You will work closely with head office, ensuring alignment on strategic goals, seasonal collections, marketing initiatives, and operational processes.
• Driving Standards: You'll be responsible for maintaining high visual merchandising standards, ensuring the stores reflect the brand's identity and create an unforgettable shopping experience.

What We're Looking For in our new Area Manager

• A proven leader with experience managing multiple fashion retail locations (minimum 4 stores).
• A track record of driving sales, operational excellence, and team performance in a high-fashion or premium retail environment.
• Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, forecasting, and P&L responsibilities.
• A passion for the fashion industry and delivering exceptional service to customers.
• An inspirational manager who excels at coaching and developing teams.
