The Role:
As our Go-To-Market Specialist, you'll be the ultimate commercial nerve centre:The product team's truth-teller.
Merch planners' alignment guru.
Marketing's strategic co-pilot.
You'll ensure launches stay on track, timelines are precise, and strategies stay one step ahead of the market. You don't just react to trends - you make the market adapt to you. Executional excellence, alignment across teams, and commercial foresight will define your day-to-day.
What You'll Deliver:
Own the product strategy across categories and regions, building assortments that balance global consistency with regional flexibility.
Work closely with key account managers and sales directors to align on strategy, track weekly ROS, and deliver actionable consumer insights.
Forecast on a seasonal and project basis, balancing customer expectations, target margins, and pricing strategies across inline and consumer ranges.
Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships across sales, marketing, design, development, and VM teams.
Maintain meticulous attention to detail across reporting, analysis, and product management.
Own key touch points and milestones throughout the process, ensuring strategies are implemented flawlessly across all teams; design, pd, planning and marketing.
