We're recruiting for a detail-driven and customer-focused Estimator to join a high-performing interiors team in Chesterfield

The Opportunity

As an Estimator, you'll play a key role in helping customers bring their interior design ideas to life. Working closely with clients and designers, you'll create accurate and inspiring quotations for bespoke home projects, ensuring every detail reflects the customer's vision and budget.

You'll combine your commercial awareness with a creative eye, supporting the sales process from initial consultation through to confirmed order - delivering a premium, seamless experience every time.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare precise, detailed, and timely quotations for bespoke interiors projects

• Work closely with customers to understand design preferences, materials, and measurements

• Liaise with designers, suppliers, and fitters to ensure cost accuracy and feasibility

• Ensure all estimates align with brand standards and profit margins

• Maintain excellent product and material knowledge across the interiors range

• Use in-store systems and digital tools to manage quotes, orders, and project details

• Support the wider sales and design team to deliver an exceptional customer journey

What You'll Bring

• Experience in an estimating, design, or project support role within interiors, kitchens, or home furnishings

• Strong numerical and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
