We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our jewellery and watch team. As a Sales Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering warm, knowledgeable service and helping them choose the perfect piece.
In this role, the Sales Consultant will:
Welcome and engage with customers, offering tailored advice on jewellery and watches
Deliver outstanding service and product knowledge at every stage of the sale
Handle transactions accurately and maintain excellent store presentation
Work closely with colleagues to meet sales targets and create a positive shopping experience
We're seeking a Sales Consultant who is:
Experienced in retail (luxury or jewellery preferred, but not essential)
Passionate about customer service and building lasting relationships
Confident, professional, and a strong communicator
Reliable and a great team player
