We're looking for a proactive and data-driven Supply Chain & Logistics Operations Lead to manage and optimise end-to-end operations - from supply chain and fulfilment to reporting and inventory control. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment and enjoys improving systems, processes, and customer experience.Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations across supply chain, logistics, and fulfilment.
Manage relationships with suppliers and third-party logistics partners (3PLs).
Ensure smooth global shipping, inventory accuracy, and cost efficiency.
Build and maintain operational dashboards and performance reports.
Identify and implement process improvements to drive scalability and sustainability.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align operations with business and customer goals.
About You
Proven expertise in operations, logistics, or supply chain (fashion or eCommerce preferred).
Skilled in Shopify and inventory management systems.
Strong analytical and reporting ability with a solutions-focused mindset.
Excellent communicator, adaptable, and customer-obsessed.
Passionate about sustainability and continuous improvement.
