What you'll be doing:

• Leading your team to deliver next-level service and smash sales targets
• Owning your department - driving performance, standards, and visual impact
• Creating an inspiring, on-brand environment that excites both customers and your team
• Coaching and developing your people to reach their full potential
• Managing stock, visual merchandising, and floor layout to maximise results
• Analysing performance to spot trends and opportunities for growth
• Working closely with your Store Manager and other leaders to deliver the bigger picture
• Being a visible, hands-on presence - always setting the standard and leading by example
