About the Role
We're looking for an experienced logistics leader to take full ownership of end-to-end logistics across an omni-channel retail business. You'll oversee freight, warehousing, courier operations and packaging procurement through 3PL partners, ensuring efficiency, value, and exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with 3PL partners across freight, warehousing and fulfilment, ensuring strong performance, cost control and service excellence.
- Oversee the transition and ongoing management of eCommerce fulfilment through external partners.
- Drive continuous improvement across logistics processes, systems and IT integrations to enhance accuracy, visibility and scalability.
- Maintain effective stock control for warehouses and stores, ensuring accurate reporting and smooth operations.
- Carrier and suppliers management to ensure competitive rates and best practice.
- Ensure compliance with EA and HMRC packaging regulations and oversee related submissions.
- Implement and manage a Supplier Compliance Scheme to improve quality, lead times and logistics performance.
About You
- Proven experience leading logistics operations within a multi-channel or retail environment, ideally fashion.
- Strong background in 3PL management, contract negotiation and performance optimisation.
- Financially astute, with experience managing large budgets and delivering measurable efficiencies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
