 c.£80,000 + benefits | Hybrid- We're partnering with a growing retail brand on the search for a Senior People Partner to shape and deliver a high-performing people strategy across the UK and Europe. - This is an exciting and visible role, perfect for someone who loves both strategy and hands-on partnering. You'll be the bridge between HQ and retail, driving performance, wellbeing and capability while ensuring people practices are scalable, compliant and culturally aligned. - What you'll be doing - Lead the design and delivery of people frameworks across performance, wellbeing, and capability. 
- Partner with business leaders to align people strategy with commercial goals and growth plans. 
- Provide HR support and guidance across UK retail, from employee relations to workforce planning and leadership development. 
- Collaborate with local consultants in Germany to ensure compliant and culturally adapted practices. 
- Embed performance review cycles, feedback frameworks and development pathways. 
- Design and evolve wellbeing and engagement initiatives across HQ and retail. 
- Oversee cross-border compliance, partnering with external advisors where needed. 
 - About you - Experienced senior HR professional with a background in multi-site retail. 
- Proven track record of building and embedding HR frameworks within fast-growing, international businesses. 
- Strong understanding of UK and European employment law (experience with Germany is a real bonus). 
- Commercially astute, structured and solutions-focused. 
- A natural relationship builder who can engage and influence at all levels. 
- Passionate about developing people, driving wellbeing and creating high-performing, inclusive cultures.
