We are recruiting a Senior Marketing Manager to join a fast-growing retail business. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused marketer with a track record of delivering campaigns that build brand awareness and drive sales.

As Senior Marketing Manager, you will:

• Develop and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns that support growth and customer engagement.
• Lead brand, digital, content, and PR activity, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging.
• Use insight and performance data to inform decisions and optimise return on investment.
• Manage budgets effectively and report on campaign performance to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to bring campaigns to life and maximise reach.
• Stay up to date with retail and marketing trends to keep activity competitive and relevant.

About You:

• 6-8 years' marketing experience in retail, fashion, or another fast-paced consumer-facing industry.
• Proven success managing integrated campaigns from planning through to delivery.
• Strong skills across communications, PR, planning, and campaign execution.
• Commercially minded with the ability to align marketing activity to business objectives.
• Confident managing budgets and reporting on key performance metrics.
• Collaborative, creative, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.

(Team leadership experience is advantageous but not essential - ideal for someone ready to step up into broader responsibility.)
