Zachary Daniels Recruitment are looking to appoint a Seller Compliance & Analyst Lead to join a fast-growing, high-volume online Marketplace team. This role sits at the heart of operations, driving efficiency, upholding seller standards, and turning data into action. You'll support day-to-day processes, ensure sellers remain compliant, and play a critical role in maintaining smooth marketplace performance.
As Seller Compliance & Analyst Lead, you'll:
- Oversee seller operations and ensure compliance with trading conditions and SLAs
- Manage reporting, track KPIs, and turn insight into action
- Support issue resolution-from delivery delays to technical bugs
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve bottlenecks
- Support API integrations and operational improvements
You'll also handle seller logistics, product availability checks, and help shape our pricing, promotional, and margin protection strategies.
To succeed as a Seller Compliance & Analyst Lead, you'll need:
- 2+ years in operations, ideally in ecommerce or marketplaces
- Solid experience with seller and product compliance
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence with data
- Strong communicator and problem solver
- Experience with Mirakl is a bonus
