Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and supporting a small workshop team

• Carrying out bike servicing, repairs and e-bike diagnostics

• Delivering excellent customer service and advice

• Managing workflow, stock levels and workshop organisation

• Supporting sustainability through repair, recycling and reuse

• Coaching and mentoring colleagues to help them grow

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience as a Bike Mechanic, with leadership/management skills

• Strong technical knowledge - Cytech Level 2 or equivalent desirable

• Confident communicator who can inspire both customers and colleagues

• Passion for cycling, sport or active lifestyles

• Practical problem-solver with a proactive approach

• Positive, professional and committed to sustainability
