HR Manager - Hospitality | Sheffield | £50,000-£60,000

We're partnering with a well-known and fast-growing hospitality brand in Sheffield who are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and develop their HR function. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a people-focused business, managing a team of HR professionals across both office and field operations.

The Role:
As HR Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and developing a team of HR professionals, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality HR support across all areas of the business.

• Partnering with business leaders to provide strategic and operational HR advice across employee relations, performance management, and talent development.

• Driving HR initiatives that support business growth, engagement, and retention.

• Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.

• Supporting the employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to development and succession planning.

The Person:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a hands-on HR management role, ideally within hospitality, retail, or a similar customer-focused industry.

• CIPD Level 5 or above qualification required.

• Strong experience leading and developing teams, both in-office and in the field.

• Excellent knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.

• Confident influencing at all levels of the business with strong stakeholder management skills.

• Solutions-focused with a hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Salary & Benefits:
