The Role:
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media & Community Manager to lead the brand's social presence across multiple platforms and build a highly engaged, loyal community.You will own the end-to-end social strategy and execution - from content creation and trend-led storytelling to data-driven optimisation. Leading a talented in-house team, you will deliver thumb-stopping content, impactful campaigns and community-first engagement that builds both awareness and conversion.
This role will suit someone who lives and breathes social media, understands how to grow a brand through creativity and insight, and is comfortable leading a small team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a full social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and emerging platforms
- Create platform-specific content strategies that balance brand consistency with trend-led innovation
- Align social activity with business goals, marketing campaigns and product launches
- Experiment with new formats, trends and storytelling techniques to keep the brand culturally relevant
- Manage, mentor and inspire a team including influencer & partnerships execs, social media execs and content creators
- Oversee the content calendar, team workflow and posting schedule to maximise reach and engagement
- Collaborate with influencers, photographers and videographers to produce compelling content
- Build and nurture an engaged community by leading authentic conversations and responding to comments, DMs and trends
- Leverage user-generated content and community feedback to evolve strategy
- Monitor analytics to measure performance, optimise content and report actionable insights
- Stay ahead of social SEO trends and platform updates to drive organic growth
About You:
- 4+ years of experience in social media management within fashion, jewellery or lifestyle brands
- Strong leadership experience managing and mentoring social media, influencer and content teams
- Highly creative with a strong eye for storytelling, design and cultural trends
- Proven track record of delivering successful social strategies that drive growth and engagement
- Confident with social SEO and discoverability tactics
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to use insights to inform strategy and content decisions
- Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and emerging social platforms
- Passionate about fashion, jewellery and building vibrant brand communities
