The Role:
We are looking for a dynamic, commercially minded Head of Marketing to lead and scale the brand presence across every channel. Based at the London Head Office, you will own the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution - from seasonal campaigns and cultural activations to performance-driven advertising.You will lead and grow a small marketing team, work closely with e-commerce and retail, and turn brand energy into measurable revenue growth. This role will suit someone who has built or transformed marketing functions in fast-moving retail - fashion, jewellery, beauty or lifestyle - and knows how to combine creativity with commercial impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver the overall marketing strategy across paid, owned and earned channels
- Build and execute seasonal campaign calendars that align with revenue and growth targets
- Track and report on marketing performance with a clear focus on ROI, acquisition and retention
- Manage, mentor and inspire a small marketing team
- Oversee influencer, partnerships, CRM/email and paid digital activity
- Create a high-performance, creative and agile team culture
- Oversee all social channels (organic and paid) to ensure cultural relevance and impact
- Shape influencer and partnership strategies to drive awareness and performance
- Develop lifecycle marketing and retention strategies through CRM
- Direct creative production for shoots, events and activations
- Position the brand as the destination for accessible luxury jewellery
- Deliver culturally relevant collaborations, events and campaigns
- Ensure storytelling is consistent, elevated and impactful across every touchpoint
About You:
- 6+ years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven success driving growth and revenue in DTC or omnichannel retail (fashion, jewellery, beauty or lifestyle)
- Strong track record of leading and mentoring creative and commercial teams
- Confident switching between big-picture strategy and hands-on execution
- Deep understanding of social media, CRM, paid performance and influencer marketing
- Highly creative with a strong awareness of cultural and consumer trends
