An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Affiliate Manager to join a fast-growing online retail platform. This innovative business blends technology and curated shopping to deliver great value on new and pre-loved products. With a focus on sustainability and savvy shopping, it partners with retailers across the UK and beyond to reach a growing, engaged audience.
The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for developing, maintaining and scaling affiliate and partnership programmes, working with leading UK and global retailers to maximise exposure, drive revenue and ensure customers receive the best possible offers. This is a pivotal role shaping the strategy, tools and commercial relationships that define the affiliate ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Build, manage and grow relationships with affiliate networks, individual partners and brands.
Monitor and optimise affiliate performance - track KPIs, analyse ROI and improve conversion rates.
Negotiate commercial terms, commission structures and promotional campaigns.
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align affiliate campaigns with engagement strategies.
Identify and recruit new affiliate partners, including influencers, bloggers and niche publishers.
Keep up to date with affiliate industry trends, technologies and competitor activity.
Ensure compliance with tracking, reporting and attribution systems.
Provide regular performance reports and strategic insights to stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager, or in affiliate marketing, partnerships or e-commerce business development.
Solid understanding of affiliate networks (e.g. Awin, Impact, Rakuten) and tracking technologies.
Strong analytical skills and experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Excel or affiliate dashboards.
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
A self-starter with a strategic mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
A passion for retail, technology and sustainable shopping is highly desirable.
Bonus: Experience working with AI-driven or app-based platforms.
