As a Store Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping the customer journey and ensuring every visitor - whether local, tourist, or international - leaves feeling inspired. You'll lead from the front, motivating your team to achieve and exceed targets while creating a culture of excellence in service, storytelling, and product knowledge.
Your responsibilities as Store Manager will include:
- Leading, supporting, and motivating the team daily to smash sales targets and KPIs, setting the standard with outstanding customer service.
- Maintaining a strong retail floor presence in a busy London store, guiding and educating your team, and ensuring the store delivers a world-class shopping experience.
- Working with the HR Manager to recruit, train, and develop your people, unlocking their potential and preparing future leaders.
