Key responsibilities include:
Leading the development and execution of a compelling brand strategy across retail, digital, PR, and events.
Creating standout moments around new store openings, bringing energy, purpose, and impact to each launch.
Acting as the guardian of brand identity, ensuring consistency across packaging, stores, campaigns, social, and influencer activity.
Driving seasonal campaigns and product storytelling in partnership with creative, marketing, and e-commerce teams.
Managing third party partnerships, inspiring high-quality outputs that align with commercial goals.
Using customer and market insights to align brand activity with business performance.
What we're looking for:
Proven experience as a senior brand leader-ideally Head of Brand or equivalent-within fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail.
A confident decision-maker who has operated as "number one" in a brand or marketing function, with experience leading independently while managing a team.
Strong expertise in PR, events, promotions, and brand identity, with a track record of creating buzz and excitement around brand activity.
The ability to inspire cross-functional collaboration and influence at all levels.
A natural storyteller with a passion for style, culture, and customer insight.
