We're on the lookout for a passionate and hands-on Assistant Manager to join a leading lifestyle retail brand in the Lake District. This is a fantastic opportunity if you have experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Assistant Manager and are looking for part-time work in a friendly and welcoming retail environment.

Key Assistant Manager responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service
- Take responsibility for opening and closing the store when required
- Oversee stock management and visual merchandising standards
- Support with training and developing the team
About you:
- Previous experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Assistant Manager in retail
- Confident, positive, and people-focused
- Able to balance hands-on shop floor leadership with operational tasks
- Flexible to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Passionate about retail and delivering a great customer experience
